When fall comes I think of pumpkins.  I like to eat pumpkin almost any way that I can get it.  I like pumpkin soup, pumpkin cheesecake and of course pumpkin butter.

This sweet potato ginger bake is a yummy way to use dehydrated or fresh sweet potatoes.  I just kinda put this recipe together the other day when I was trying to find something to make for dinner that would wake up the taste buds.  I wanted to make sweet potatoes but I wanted something a little different too, maybe a little spicy.  This recipe did it. 

As with most of my recipes I call this a master recipe because it is a base recipe that can be used to make many versions of cream pies.  I use this same base to make chocolate cream pie, coconut cream pie, pucker up pink pie (cranberry cream) and many more.  The sky is the limit when you have the base recipe to work with.

This is a great way to use those dried apples back in your pantry you've been thinking about.  Go ahead and get them out and let's make some awesome brownies.  Today was actually the first time I made this recipe and I can guarantee you it will not be the last time I make it.  As usual I diverted from the original recipe but not too much. Okay let's get started making these delicious apple cinnamon brownies.

This is a yummy way to use dehydrated or fresh sweet potatoes.  Ronnie and Jonathan love these pancakes especially when drizzled with a little Sorghum Syrup.  These sweet potato pancakes are much more filling than your normal pancake.
